Dear Reader,
What a spectacular sunrise in the photo!
It is for us but it is 'daily normal' to the people living there in the Swiss mountains.
We like to travel, to see other countries, to learn about their culture, to taste their food.
The experiences we make adds to our knowledge, makes us feel widening our horizon.
Do we really like the diversity which was created by God?
If yes, there is no need to travel anywhere to find diversity.
We find it:
- In our neighbor who is 'Mexican' and has his large and loud family
gathered around his funny smelling grill every Sunday afternoon.
- At our workplace where the German engineer once again gets upsetabout the way 'we do things here'.
- In the Facebook 'friend' we just 'unfriended' because she/he doesn't share
- our political view.
- In the lady who wears her 'traditional clothing'
- instead of PJs as some of us do when we see her at Kroger.
Diversity brings new experiences into our life and experiences come with challenges.
Let's be thankful for the diversity we live in.
It is created, as all things are, by God.
In His humor He knows that we may need these challenges
to add experiences to our life.
Let's smile and be thankful for His wisdom.
