Problem solving case: Automatic Labeler
Issue: OEM did change their roller covering and suddenly the labels started to stick to the applicator roller. It requested frequently to shut the labeler down and to clean the roller.
First step:
we learned about the functional details of this applicator roller.

we run in-house and on-site trials with different coverings.
